Frederick A. Stampone is a certified public accountant (CPA) by training, with a broad range of financial, business development, real estate, restaurant management, marketing and human capital expertise. Fred brings more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, automotive aftermarket retailing and commercial and industrial real estate development to the Stampone Law team. Fred focuses his practice on building sustainable business plans using thorough analysis and practical implementation. A skilled communicator and savvy developer and manager, Fred builds effective and efficient organizations that consistently meet and exceed expectations.
Prior to joining Stampone Law, Fred was chief administrative officer at Pep Boys, a leading $2.3 billion NYSE automotive aftermarket retailer. As one of three senior executives reporting to the chief executive officer, Fred developed and executed a growth plan in 85 markets that resulted in the addition of over 500 new Supercenters and unprecedented growth in sales, profits and market capitalization of the company. Most recently, Fred serves as managing member of a Florida-based residential and industrial real estate development business and also serves as an officer and director of Max’s Grill, a Boca Raton, Fla., restaurant in which he and his brother, Joe Stampone, hold an ownership interest.
An active member of his community, Fred has served on numerous boards of directors including the Big Brothers Big Sisters Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association, the Council of Better Business Bureaus and the East Falls Development Corporation.
Fred was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. He currently resides in Meadowbrook, Pa., with his wife and three children. Fred’s interests include cycling, the Jersey shore and baseball.
