Joe has been named one of the top 10 most influential commercial real estate bloggers.
Joe also recently completed a masters degree in sustainable real estate development at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. While there, he served as President of the Real Estate Institute Student Association (REISA) and a Research Assistant for the Center for the Sustainable Built Environment (SBE). Joe is very entrepreneurial-minded and one day plans to start his own socially and environmentally conscious development and investment firm.
Besides being passionate about real estate, Joe enjoys Philadelphia sports, boating and fishing down the Jersey Shore, cooking, spending time with his family and friends and traveling as much as possible.
