For the team at Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway, helping their clients goes beyond the courtroom.

What are your specialties in your industry?

ALL: Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway specializes in trying cases against negligent, careless, and often unscrupulous defendants whose conduct or inaction causes catastrophic loss from defective products, construction accidents, medical malpractice, slip and falls, car accidents, negligent alcohol service, sexual assault and harassment, and other types of careless, avoidable conduct causing significant, permanent harm to our clients.

What is your favorite part of your job?

ALL: Our trial lawyers love the courtroom. We are experienced and competent to take all of our cases the distance through trial. We thrive on representing underdog, injured clients who need our specialized, experienced, laser-focused, multi-disciplined approach to maximize compensation for their loss.

What does it mean to be powerful in your area of expertise?

ALL: Experience, compassion, empathy, personality, and availability make our firm heads above the rest and a power player in the personal injury practice area. Our results and reputation have been earned by hard, competent, careful and detail-oriented work.

Is there a mentor who has influenced your career?

ALL: Our partners have been mentored by some of the best legal minds in the business. Joe Stampone has mentored his nephew Kevin O’Brien (recent $55M verdict) to become the stellar trial attorney he is. J.B. Dilsheimer (recent $2.6 and $1.2M settlements) has past experience at Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky. Prince Holloway (recent $3M settlement) tried cases at Colsby Gordon before becoming a partner at our firm. We all mentor each other every single day, which makes practice enjoyable, collaborative, and effective.

What are the positive ways you use your power in your community?

ALL: We believe strongly in giving back to the community. We sponsor many annual charity events, including the Superhero’s Annual Gala to support premature birth, the Wildwood Triathalon, Life Rolls On, which brings surfing to physically disabled individuals, and the Philadelphia Women’s Triathalon.

What is the most valuable life lesson you’ve learned in your career?

ALL: Stay grateful and be humble. Almost every one of our catastrophically injured clients claims the accident that stripped them of the ability to enjoy life happened “so quickly” or “out of nowhere.” Be grateful every day for what you have, not upset about what you don’t.
