$5.475 Million Product Liability Settlement – Philadelphia County
Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway secured a $5.475 million recovery on behalf of an injured worker who suffered a partial amputation to his left leg when he was struck by a large material handling machine. Our lawsuit alleged the product should have been equipped with mirrors – which were made “optional” instead of standard equipment. The mirrors cost .002% of the total cost of this nearly $50,000 machine, yet did not come as standard equipment.
