Fred Stampone

Chief Operating Officer

Fred Stampone was appointed to Chief Operating Officer in October 2023 with a mandate to assist in the development of the Firm’s strategic planning process, encapsulated in its Next Level Legacy: Vision 2027 blueprint.

The COO role encompasses several key components including: Growth Management, Financial Integrity, Marketing and Revenue Generation, People Development, and Operational Systems and Processes.

A graduate of Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, Fred leverages his 40+ years of diverse experience in corporate and entrepreneurial roles. As a CPA trained at Touche Ross & Company, Fred honed his skills in the Private Company Advisory Services group servicing a variety of industries including notable law firms.

His corporate tenure at Pep Boys, a NYSE national automotive aftermarket company, saw him as Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer, where he spearheaded a transformative expansion, scaling revenues from $553 million to $2.4 billion and market cap from $200 million to $2.3 billion. Fred’s strategic oversight extended across divisions in a variety of roles including Divisional CFO; Corporate Human Resources, Real Estate, New Store Development, Marketing & Advertising, Communications, Legal and more.

Transitioning to entrepreneurship, Fred co-led successful real estate and hospitality development ventures in South Florida and later served as CEO of a renewable energy manufacturing business.

Fred has five children, including his son, Tyler, who is an Attorney at the Firm, and makes his home in suburban Philadelphia and Southeast Florida with his wife, Honey.
