Carolyn is a highly skilled and dedicated Intake Paralegal with an overwhelming passion for our prospective personal injury clients.
She is one of the very first points of contact you will receive with our Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway team and her compassionate and calm demeanor will leave a lasting effect on every client as they navigate what is often a complicated and intimidating process.
With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Carolyn excels at screening complex inquiries, guiding new clients through their initial consultations, answering their immediate questions in plain English and gathering the vital and often timely information that our legal team needs to build a strong strategy. But it is Carolyn’s sincere warmth and sensitivity that clients comment most about. She makes every potential client feel heard, respected and validated, at a critical time in their lives when they are suffering and often don’t.
Carolyn graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington’s prestigious Ernie Pyle School of Journalism in 1991, where she earned a BA in Broadcast News, and a Minor in Spanish. Before starting her career in Law, Carolyn spent over 20 years working in major U.S. cities as a Television News Assignment Editor, with most of those years spent right here in Philadelphia at WCAU-TV NBC 10.
Carolyn brings that passion for finding and investigating news stories, digging for answers, and fighting for consumer’s rights to Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway, making her the perfect fit for our Pre-Litigation Team. Carolyn resides in South Jersey with her two children.
During her leisure time, she enjoys taking spontaneous day-trips, thrift shopping, birdwatching and playing pickleball.
