Matt recently joined Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway as a trial attorney. His practice focuses exclusively on representing individuals and their families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. Matt represents clients in cases involving products liability, construction accidents and other workplace injuries, premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, sexual abuse, and medical malpractice.

Before joining Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway, Matt was a partner at one of the largest defense firms in Philadelphia. In his prior position, Matt defended a wide variety of civil claims for large companies and insurance carriers. Matt left that work because he wanted to represent injured people and their families, not the companies and institutions who caused their injuries.

With over a decade of experience working alongside insurance companies, adjusters, and major corporations, Matt brings valuable insight into how claims are investigated, evaluated, and defended. At Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway, he leverages that insider knowledge to hold those entities accountable and fight for the full compensation his clients deserve.

Matt graduated magna cum laude from the Villanova University School of Law in 2016. From 2017 to 2018, Matt clerked for United States District Judge Renée Marie Bumb, who is now the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Matt is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, including coaching his son’s little league team. Matt is also a passionate Philadelphia sports fan and goes to as many Phillies and Eagles games as possible.
