Christopher Maloney

Christopher Maloney joined Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway in 2025 after 12 years at a major Philadelphia plaintiffs’ firm, where he was a partner. The focus of Chris’ practice is catastrophic personal injury, with a specialization in medical malpractice. Chris has built an impressive resume of legal victories on behalf of the catastrophically injured, having secured multiple seven and eight million-dollar recoveries in a wide range of cases involving stroke, cancer, infection, traumatic brain injury, and birth injury, as well as child sex abuse, DRAM shop and trucking accidents.

Prior to his career as a plaintiff’s lawyer, Chris spent two decades as a prosecutor handling serious and sensitive cases such as homicides, sexual assaults, white-collar thefts, and other felonies. He rose to the level of Deputy District Attorney and was responsible for training new Assistant District Attorneys while continuing to prosecute serious and sensitive cases such as homicides and sexual abuse cases.

During his career, Chris has tried more than 65 cases before juries and numerous bench trials.

He graduated from LeMoyne College in Syracuse and earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law. Chris is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
