Joshua Rosen brings nearly two decades of personal injury experience to Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway, combining litigation knowledge with a deep background in law firm operations, case management systems, and process development.
Josh grew up in suburban Philadelphia before earning his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2006. After college, he spent a year working for United States Senator Russ Feingold before returning to the East Coast to attend Rutgers School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2010.
While in law school, Josh helped launch what would become a large Philadelphia personal injury law firm. Over the next 15 years, his practice focused on advocating for injured victims in matters involving motor vehicle collisions, trucking crashes, premises liability, dog bites, and other negligence claims. During that time, he also served as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, helping build, maintain, refine, and improve the internal systems necessary to manage a high-volume personal injury practice, including intake procedures, case workflows, attorney and staff accountability, performance metrics, and operational processes designed to move cases efficiently while maximizing value for injured clients.
In 2024, Josh expanded that work into consulting, assisting personal injury firms with building and improving their internal processes, strengthening operational systems, and adapting to the rapidly changing role of artificial intelligence in the legal industry. His work has focused on helping firms become more organized, more accountable, and better equipped to serve clients in an increasingly complex legal environment.
Josh now brings that experience back to the litigation world as part of Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway. His role allows him to combine his background as a personal injury attorney with his experience in operations, systems, and law firm management to help the firm continue growing its personal injury practice and strengthening the client experience.
Josh is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has served as an officer of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and has been an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and Brandeis Law Society. He has also been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers.
Josh lives in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania with his children, fiancée and two (2) labradoodles. Outside of work, he is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially of the Eagles and Phillies, and enjoys traveling, which includes skiing with his children whenever possible.
