Daniel N. Stampone

Dan Stampone is a trial attorney with a concentration on catastrophic injury litigation. Dan represents injured victims of motor vehicle accidents, fall downs, construction accidents, product liability claims, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and other serious personal injury matters. Dan also handles workers compensation and social security claims and serves as a key member of the firm’s management team.
