Andrea is an energetic trial attorney who advocates for her clients as if they were family.
At Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway, Andrea’s practice focuses on complex personal injury litigation where she represents victims of catastrophic injuries or the families of those affected by the wrongful death of a loved one.
With over a decade of experience handling personal injury claims for both Plaintiffs and Defendants, Andrea’s practice has been described as passionate, tenacious, tireless, or as a former client describes her, “a complete sweetheart and a bulldog all wrapped up into one.”
Andrea concentrates her practice on major catastrophic injury litigation focusing on cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries and other serious conditions resulting from medical malpractice, sexual assault, FELA, trucking, products, motor vehicle and premises liability. She has a wide range of experience litigating cases involving Liquor Liability, Dram Shop, Social Host Liability, and Negligent Security against entities such as bars, fraternities, casinos, and hotels.
Andrea and firm partner Kevin O’Brien obtained a $5.1 million verdict in June 2023, from a Philadelphia jury in a case involving a pedestrian hit by a motor vehicle. This claim was turned down by several well-respected Philadelphia law firms who missed theories of liability that Andrea uncovered while interviewing our client and investigating the matter.

Andrea was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” an award bestowed on the top 2.5% of all lawyers in Pennsylvania under the age of 40 every year from 2019-2023.
She is an active member of American Association for Justice, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and is a Top Tier Member of The Pennsylvania Association for Justice where she has served on several leadership committees including Board of Governors and on Political Action Committees.
Andrea is heavily involved in various non-profit and volunteer groups where she can similarly focus on advocacy for those that are in need or less fortunate. She is a board member for the Philadelphia Corporation to End Homelessness where she volunteers her time in hopes of eliminating the heartbreaking societal ill of homelessness and to help families struggling to get access to the resources they need. As an alumna of the Delaware Law School (formerly Widener Law) Andrea gives back to the school volunteering as a member of the alumni board.
Andrea is a board member for The Sparking the Dream Initiative which utilizes the media platform of talk radio to provide aspiring students from underserved and under-resourced communities with the opportunity to attend and participate in exclusive on-air broadcasts and to meet and network with top legal professionals, allowing them to make professional contacts at the high school level and beyond.
Along with firm associate Kristin Buddle, Andrea has been selected to appear every month on the American Justice Radio Network on Talk 860- WWDB-AM. On the show, Andrea and Kristin educate listeners on their rights and best practices if they are injured at work, from a motor vehicle accident, a medical mistake, or other type of negligence.
Andrea is a graduate of Delaware Law School (Widener). She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Temple University where she was a double major in Communications and Political Science and was a member of the Temple University Diamond Gems Dance Team. Since college, Andrea has completed the New York, Delaware, and Philadelphia marathons. These days, she can be spotted practicing yoga or walking shorter distances with her rescue dog, Pancakes, and two other pups Lance and Leo.
