Kevin O’Brien and Shaka Johnson were retained to represent the estate of an Air Force veteran who was shot to death by City of Reading Police who were called to assist him in the course of a mental health crisis. The corresponding body cam footage, which was just released to the public, contradicts police statements that the decedent was a threat to others and the shooting was justified.
