Montgomery County – Our client, a 29-year old mechanic, was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident with a motor vehicle which was exiting a tavern.  Through the investigation of an accident reconstructionist, our firm was able to obtain policy limits settlements from both the driver of the motor vehicle, as well as an illegally parked truck, which obstructed the site of both our client and the motor vehicle exiting the tavern.  Additionally, our firm was able to obtain a significant settlement from the tavern by proving their parking lot failed to properly designate and control traffic patterns.
